Basic Function
Responsible for a). management, coordination and direct supervision of a team of behavior Interventionist (BI) b). Intake, evaluation and assignment of clients to the BI, c) provision of program support for any BI, d). coordinate and implement the agency's staff development and training program for BIDs and BIs
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Design evidence based ABA treatment programs specifically for students with identified special needs. This includes but is not limited to: assessment, written report writing, case analysis, data collection, reporting, modeling, and program development
• Ensure integrity of program implementation
• Provide modeling and training to Behavioral Interventionists (BI)
• Meet with BI to provide ongoing modeling, training and support, review forms, and provide performance feedback
• Meet with Clinical Supervisor as needed to discuss: client and BI progress, clinical standards, data tracking method and results, BI/school/parent concerns, scheduling
• Monitor the BI data integrity, such as: taking IOA data and checking BI welligent notes and company portal
• Prepare and upload a monthly summary of data and graph for each client on assigned caseload
• Prepare and maintain all company forms and reports for each client on assigned caseload
• Prepare and replenish company forms and supplies for each clients binder and lockbox
• Complete and maintain monthly communication logs, daily observation forms, daily activity logs, welligent tracking logs, BID monthly minute logs, mileage logs and daily service logs
• Backup and maintain data between all devices
• Manage all client, parent, school, staff concerns for assigned caseload
• Complete staff performance evaluations
• Attend weekly field observations and present the clients progress at IEP meetings
• Provide ongoing feedback to Directors, Clinical Supervisors, Administrative Supervisor, BIs, parents and school personnel
• Maintain a safe and respectful collegial work environment
• Provide exceptional collaboration skills with colleagues, families, educational partners, and community partners
• Perform and document disciplinary actions, as required
• Attend company meetings, trainings and workshops
• Provided one to one BI services as needed
• Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Education, Clinical Psychology or Psychology, with specialization in behavior analysis
• At least two years documented experience with the provision of ABA, positive behavior supports and crisis intervention for students with emotional disabilities in the school setting
• At least two years documented experience as a ABA Supervisor preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish, is an asset but not required
Work Hours and Location:
• Full Time, Monday – Friday (occasional Saturdays), Regular work 40+ hours per week with a minimum of 27 billable hours per week
• Hours of operations for billing 7:00 am – 7:00 pm (typical work schedule 8:00 am – 4:30 pm and occasional 10 hour work days)
• Field hours are located in the LAUSD catchment area
• End the day at company Headquarters each day
