ESY 2024

Application for Extended School Year (ESY) Assignment Scheduling students for ESY is currently underway. This year, ESY will be from June 20 to July 19, 2024. Tentative School Schedules are as follows: Elementary Schools 8:00 am - 12:20 pm Secondary Schools 8:30 am - 12:50 pm Special Ed Centers 8:30 am - 12:50 pm Not all students will attend ESY, therefore a select group of BII's will be assigned to work. Assignments will be based on student needs and BII's past work history. During the process, priority will be given to employees who have displayed exemplary work ethics in all job duties. Secondary factors, such as seniority and availability during the entire ESY session will be taken into consideration while determining ESY assignments. It is expected that, if you are given an assignment during ESY, you will work every day for the entire ESY session. No request for time off will be approved during ESY. You must be available daily from June 20-July 19, 2024 for all school days. Please select your availability and submit this form by April 30, 2024, regardless if you accept or decline to work.
